EB Magalona 7th Halloween Costume Parade and Presentation
The 7th Halloween Costume Parade and Presentation, organized and participated by the LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender) Community of E. B. Magalona, was held at the Poblacion and the Public Plaza today [Oct. 31].
Gracing the activity are Mayor Marvin Malacon, BAKAS (Barangay Kagawads Association of Saravia) president Matthew Louis Malacon, Barangay 3 Punong Barangay Rolando Banasig, and MENRO head Jojo Vargas. The annual Halloween Costume Parade and Presentation started in 2016 when Mayor Marvin Malacon took the helm of the municipality.*
